We continue working with existing clients through pregnancy, adapting every session carefully and respectfully.
For safety reasons, we’re unable to take on new clients who are already pregnant.
We welcome clients who need an adapted approach. Private sessions allow us to work with care, precision and full attention. A medical certificate is required to confirm that exercise is safe for you.
Classical Pilates is especially powerful in later life by building strength, balance and confidence in a way that feels sustainable, controlled and deeply respectful of your body.
You don’t need to “be fit” to begin. Whether it’s your first time or you’re coming back after a long break, you’ll be guided clearly and patiently, building confidence step by step, without any pressure to keep up.
We offer a calm, structured and supportive environment for clients incorporating movement into their routine alongside GLP-1 therapy; without the pressure or discomfort of traditional fitness spaces.
Our group classes are reserved for women — this is an intentional space, designed so you can move, learn and build strength without the dynamics of a mixed gym environment. Men are warmly welcome in private 1:1 and 2:1 sessions.

Using spring resistance on the Tower apparatus, you’ll work your whole body with precision: spine, powerhouse, legs and arms, all moving together the way they were designed to.

Reformer Pilates classes in Northamptonshire for all levels, in groups of no more than 6 women. Your teacher adapts every exercise to where you are on the day.
