In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll be guided step by step through the basics of the Classical Pilates method — learning how to use the Reformer and understand the equipment.

Beginners Pilates classes are designed for those who are already familiar with the equipment.
We will be working across the Classical Pilates method including Reformer, Tower and Wunda Chair. They’re also a great option as an active recovery or rest day, in between your intense training days.

The Level Up classes are designed for clients who are already familiar with the Classical Pilates method, understand the equipment and know the exercises — and are now ready to be challenged.
Working across Reformer, Tower and Wunda Chair, these sessions push your strength, control and precision to the next level. Not suitable for those with injuries or requiring a modified or rehabilitative approach.
This is where you challenge your limits and move beyond them.

We can continue working with clients during pregnancy if they were already attending our studio prior to becoming pregnant. Your sessions will be carefully adapted to support your body safely and respectfully throughout this stage. Due to health and safety requirements, we are unable to take on new clients who are pregnant.
We welcome clients who require a more adapted approach to movement. Sessions are offered privately, allowing us to work with care, precision and full attention to your individual needs.
A medical certificate is required to ensure that exercise is appropriate and safe for you.
The Classical Pilates Method is especially powerful in later life. It supports strength, balance and confidence in a way that feels controlled, respectful and sustainable, helping you move better in your everyday life.

Yes, but this is not a mixed gym environment. Tres Pilates is intentionally designed as a space for women where you can move, learn and build strength without the pressure, comparison or dynamics often found in traditional fitness settings. For that reason, our group classes are reserved for women. That said, we also understand that movement can be shared. Men are welcome in private sessions and duets (1:1 and 2:1), especially for those who want a more personal and focused experience.

Using spring resistance on the Tower apparatus, you’ll work your whole body with precision: spine, powerhouse, legs and arms, all moving together the way they were designed to.
