I found Pilates at a moment when I needed a place to rebuild myself and now I offer that same space to you. I don’t believe women need to be told they are great; we need an experience that allows us to feel that greatness, one that gives us tangible evidence of what our bodies are truly capable of, no matter our age, size, weight or how many children we have. We can all do Pilates and if you haven’t felt that yet, it’s simply because you haven’t tried it here.
A sports injury and years of poor posture led me to Diana’s private studio and to a full-blown Pilates obsession. After working closely with Diana for over a year, I fell in love not just with the practice, but with the idea of creating a space where women could feel completely safe, supported and focused. That’s how Tres Pilates Northamptonshire’s first and only women-only Pilates studio was born. I work behind the scenes, shaping the studio and every detail, while Diana works her magic, teaching and making sure every session is as effortless and restorative as it should be.
Our journey began within Contemporary/Fitness Reformer Pilates. Over time, it became clear that we and our clients were reaching a plateau. While movement and certain benefits were present, shoulder alignment showed little improvement, core engagement remained superficial, and the work felt incomplete.
Around five years ago, we discovered the Classical approach to Pilates, and it marked a turning point in our practice. The shift quickly translated into tangible results, with visible body transformations occurring in as little as two weeks after months of limited progress.
Classical Pilates is the foundation of our method. Once this foundation is fully understood, variations can be explored. However, it is the classical work that delivers lasting solutions, rather than quick fixes.
