Tower classes are where Classical Pilates begins — as allow us to work the mat along with the springs.
Using spring resistance on the Tower apparatus, you’ll work your whole body with precision: spine, powerhouse, legs and arms, all moving together the way they were designed to.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning after a break, Tower classes in our Finedon studio build the kind of functional strength that supports your posture, your joints and your everyday life. Small groups of up to 6 women. Big attention. Real results.

Our Reformer classes use the full Classical Pilates Reformer with Tower, giving you spring resistance, a moving carriage and a complete range of exercises that challenge your body from every angle safely, precisely and without impact on your joints.
This is the class most of our members build their week around. Dynamic without being frantic. Challenging without being intimidating. You’ll leave standing taller than when you arrived.
Reformer Pilates classes in Northamptonshire for all levels, in groups of no more than 6 women. Your teacher adapts every exercise to where you are on the day.
