 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been going to TRES Pilates from early March to now (May) and i have noticed a massive improvement in my core strength and mobility in these 10 weeks.
I have been to a few reformer and tower studios now and regardless how aesthetically pleasing they look for Insta, you must have an experienced teacher. With that said, I must give a massive shout out to Diana Alcalá at Tres who is the best by far and has a wealth of knowledge and years of worldwide experience. She understands the foundation of pilates like nobody i've ever been taught by.
So if you're looking for knowledge over the trend, go experience it for yourself with Diana
